1991 Chevrolet Camaro RS
My Story
It was October of 1999 I had just lost my first car, a 1990 Camaro RS to a female who had no skill at drving, and ran through
a red light which lead to my car being totaled. I needed to get a new car. I was looking for another third generation Camaro
as I had grown fond of them. I took the check from the insurance company and put it in the bank and after a while I found a
sweet, nearly mint '86 IROC-Z, when I took a look at it I was disappointed to find out it only had a 305 carb under the hood
and a red interior. The t-tops almost tempted me to give it second look but I wisely decided not to. A few days later I went
to take a test drive a 1991 RS. The paint had a few scuffs and areas where the paint had peeled off, but not nearly as bad
as my last car. The engine was replaced less than 13,000 miles ago with the stock type engine, another 305 TBI. This car was
a lot faster and handled better than my old car and the IROC-Z I had just driven. I decided to buy this car if it passed
inspection. A week later my dad and I met the car's owner at our bank where we signed a loan and we took the car home. And
that is my short little boring story about my car.

If you also own a third generation Camaro of Firebird check out ThirdGen.Org
which is a great website for information on these spectacular cars. If you have a question post it on the message
boards and you will usually have an answer within a few hours. The site is filled with thousands of knowledgable
owners who will be more than willing to give advice and suggestions. Another Third Generation site for fun is NEThirdGen.Org. I am also proud to anounce that I do not have
any tickets with the car. If you live in Colorado check out ColoradoF-Body.com.
